It's rare to see a young female in entertainment be willing to put herself out there in so many different facets of the business. Thats what makes 19 year old Alli Simpson such an important and inspirational youth figure. She has shown a unique ability to engage with millions of fans around the world through her compassion, sincerity and confidence. The multi-talented entertainment personality has embraced every possible avenue of the business, from acting and modelling to music and hosting her own weekly 3 hour radio show on Radio Disney, and most recently as host of Sony Musics new music competition show "The Share Space." She's fun, relatable and accessible, bridging the gap between celebrity and listeners by developing genuine connections and conversations online and through her radio show.

The young Australian-born entrepreneur got her start using YouTube, posting vlogs, beauty videos, interviews and cover songs, which have garnered over 62 million views. Alli, who is currently based in Los Angeles, now boasts over half a million subscribers on her channel. She also has 1.7 million followers on Instagram, 1.2 million likes on Facebook and 1.54 million followers on Twitter, all of whom actively look to her for advice and inspiration. Alli is all about creating unique ways to connect with her listeners.

For the past year, Alli's platform was built from her weekly three-hour Radio Disney show, "The Alli Simpson Show", which makes her the youngest nationally syndicated radio host ever reaching over 7 million listeners a week. The show provided Alli a platform to connect with her listeners by offering advice to callers on subjects like fashion and relationships, and it's given her the opportunity to interview some of the biggest names in entertainment including: Justin Bieber, Gwen Stefani, Nick Jonas, Gigi Hadid, James Bay and Selena Gomez. Alli has an ear for music and has been a force in breaking new artists, including breaking acts like The Chainsmokers, Kygo, and OMI, which she featured in her international hits segment after hearing the song in Australia while visiting friends at home.

Alli most recently continued her journey in pop music, releasing two new records in October. "I Won't Remember You Tomorrow" is an acoustic song written by Justin Stein (Kygo/Stargazing). The record immediately debuted Top 20 of Australia and New Zealand's 'Viral Chart'. 'Material Boy', an up-tempo pop song written with Ferras (Katy Perry) and Myah Marie (Britney Spears).

This follows a string of singles Alli has achieved success with and which landed her on the Billboard charts, garnering millions of views on Youtube. 'Notice Me' has over 19.5 million views, 'Why I'm Single' over 8.8 million views and 'Roll 'Em Up feat. Jack & Jack', a track written for Alli by Cody Simpson and Selena Gomez, has over 3.2 million views. All of the songs reflect Alli's fun, personable nature as well as her love for music.

In addition, Alli also spreads her message of positivity and acceptance through her various charitable commitments and currently serves as a Teen Ambassador for the Children's Miracle Network. As Teen Ambassador, Alli helps raise awareness for CMN Hospitals as well as their fundraising efforts and visiting children at the numerous hospitals across the country. She also is involved on the Teen Advisory Council for the We Are Safe Foundation whose mission is to prevent child sexual abuse (CSA) through a holistic approach of education and action.

Alli, who focuses on healthy living, spirituality and fitness in her personal life, drawing on the natural, free-spirited vibe of her Australian roots, has also taken her talents into the world of modelling. She is presently the face of ALDO shoes in over 35 countries, and has done campaigns wiwth Mudd Clothing, Maybelline, Sephora, Claire's, and recently concluded a highly successful two-year partnership with imPRESS nails.

Alli has previously worked with Macy's and Delia's in their back to school strategies, and her own unique style and taste are reflected in everything that she does. For Alli, it's essential to stay open and interested in all venues of the entertainment world. She has never put herself in a box and there's no one else who's been able to do what she's done at her age. Alli is an original because she's allowed herself to do the same thing she encourages her fans to do: Be confident and never limit yourself.

"Music is what keeps me going", she notes. "It helps me cope and it allows me to have fun. So I want to make music that does the same for my fans. I want them to create their own unique and special memories to my songs."

If her success so far is any indication, we can continue to expect big things from Alli in the future.
